I had such a great experience here! From pre-appointment communication to clarify my needs, at appointment, Q&A, and check out updates, I was kept fully apprised and was consulted with before service decisions were made. Unfortunately, the car repair industry can be rot with shots taking advantage of females customers, lack of knowledge of automotive matters. That’s definitely not the case here! I was treated as an equal, had all my questions answered, and felt very comfortable with the pricing.

Great shop to bring your BMW for maintenance and repairs! Honest, friendly owners and staff, very knowledgeable on all things Bimmer. They know you and your car personally and keep my 2011 e90 running like it's new. Nice area to wait-in with WIFi while your car is being serviced and/or can accommodate drop offs. I have a 2008 Mini Cooper S that needed a valve job. I spoke with Chris over the phone and we agreed  that his team would be the best for this undertaking. 

We also agreed the the mini needed a little more boost so we agreed to upgrade to JCW turbo and tune.

We did have a minor issue with the head gasket failing, Chris and his team turned it around pretty quick.

I had just purchased my car for only a couple months before I had a rod knock in my BMW 335i.  From the very first message with Chris from G3 they have done an amazing job with everything. I had them install downpipes, and tune the car in shop and the car pulls like a monster now!! These guys are the only shop I will be using for anything related to the car!! Hands down THE best experience I have ever had at an auto shop with my Mini, or any vehicle for that matter.  End of story.  Chris literally brought my 2009 Mini Cooper S back to life with an engine swap after I had blown my original engine.  I was incredibly sad about it, and wasn't sure of the best route to take, but Chris talked me through every detail, made recommendations that were in my best interest for imperative things that should be done while the engine was out to save money in the long run.  He was flexible with my timeline, helped me with the logistics of shipping from Asheville to Raleigh and generally just took care of everything and went way above and beyond.  Chris is everything that you want in a mechanic, a professional, and a human being in general. Ethical, trustworthy, knows his stuff. Chris and G3AS are the best shop I have ever taken  my 2008 Mini to. They are actually the best shop "hands down" that I have ever used. I can always get my work scheduled promptly, when it is convenient for me. The estimates are spot on and work is completed quickly and any questions I have are answered and Chris's advice on how to proceed with possible future work is very useful.
